A federal judge on Tuesday ruled the Trump administration's use of National Guard troops during Los Angeles' immigration enforcement protests is illegal. LiveNOW’s Josh Breslow has the latest on the National Guard’s deployment with LA Civil Rights Attorney, V. James Desimone.

Trump did not immediately comment about the decision.
