If we are talking specifically about gaining muscle mass (muscles), we cannot do without additional weight, and in this case, these are dumbbells that you can buy at any sports store and they will really make your body beautiful and strong!
I present to your attention 7 effective exercises for large and strong forearms! I recommend to do it: you need to choose a dumbbell weight with which you can perform a maximum of 10-12 repetitions (no more). Rest between exercises up to 2-3 minutes. Perform 2 sets of each exercise. Do this workout 1-2 times a week. It can be done on a separate day or after the main arm workout.
