This workout is meant to be done with one arm at a time. It gives you a perfect rhythm and intensity to be able to go all 500 reps almost unbroken .

It took me 27 minutes. I was working with 35 lbs (16 kg) and 500 reps seemed smooth , enjoyable and super efficient.

The idea is to perform combination of exercises from head to toe and back. The exercises are put in order for you to go stronger from the start and then lighter close to finish . It’s done by simply switching difficult and easy exercises in places.
