It's Bonk's Adventure!

The game that many consider to be the TurboGrafx-16's finest, although, personally, I wouldn't know since I've never owned one. (Played on Wii)

Level 1 is pretty straight-forward. First thing I noticed is that instead of landing on enemies with your feet, you have to flip over and squash, er, "bonk" them with your head.
