TheWindkyakers Three Sisters Springs

There were no manatees in the head spring so we were able to swim about without bothering the wild life. Once we paddled back out to the river, the tourist boats were overwhelming. I've never seen anything like this. We "can" be a large group, but we always try to respect the natural settings we visit. Often times, we pick up litter along the way on a regular basis.

TheWindyakers consist of a group of women who get together once a week to kayak a variety of locations in the Tampa/Clearwater/Dunedin, Florida area. We have no membership, no rules, no rsvp, just show up and paddle. We send out e-mails notifying the current e-mail list where we'll be paddling next.
