Smoked Salmon and Gnocchi from Scratch!

Hello everyone 👋🏼 today I’m making gnocchi from scratch. It’s a smoked salmon gnocchi that my family requested. It might not be authentic but I guarantee it’s delicious 😋 I hope you try it and let me know in comment what you think about it.

Recipe for my family of 5.

Gnocchi
300 g mashed potato
150 g plain flour
1 egg, extra large
pinch salt and pepper

Sauce
1 tbsp butter
450 g smoked salmon
1 can evaporated milk
200 g milk
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1-2 tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp cracked pepper
1-2 tsp pink salt/salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp plain flour (to mix with 4tbsp water)
Handful of chopped spinach
Few sprigs of parsley
Dill ~ optional
Squeeze of lemon to taste ~ optional
Parmesan cheese to serve
