Terrace v Nudgee Drumline Battle 2014

In 1891 St Joseph's College Gregory Terrace had insufficient room to take on the additional borders from the Country and therefore these boarders were transferred to a (then) country property creating St Joseph's College Nudgee. A Rugby League game was held to decide who would be Red & Black (Terrace) and who would be Blue & White (Nudgee). Since this day this annual battle on the Rugby field has been one of the biggest events of the school calendar.

2014 saw the first Drumline Battle in Australia as part of this annual event. The Terrace v Nudgee Drumline Battle took place at halftime and will become part of the annual competition between the two rival schools.
