📖 Healthy Vegan Bread Recipe 📖

Ingredients (for 1 bread):

Full grain flour (1 kg)
Dry yeast (14 g = 2 sachets): https://amzn.to/2U5VRNx
Bread seasoning (1 tbsp): https://amzn.to/38pyBTc
Water (warm, 3 cups = 700 ml)
optional: salt (large pinch)

Kitchen equipment you need:

Loaf pan: https://amzn.to/2UcMR9b
and
Parchment paper

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F. Mix flour, dry yeast and seasoning in a big bowl.

2. Add warm water and knead thoroughly until you receive firm bread dough.

3. Line your baking pan with parchment paper and fill with dough. Optionally, cut the surface crosswise.

4. Bake at 200°C / 400°F for about 60 minutes.

5. Let the bread cool down completely before cutting it.

Tips:

In the video, we used whole grain wheat flour, but you can use whole grain spelt flour as well.

You can mix your own bread seasoning from dried caraway, fennel and aniseed.

It’s important to let the bread cool down before cutting it into slices! If you cut it while it’s still warm, it will be moist and sticky on the inside.
