The primary objective of the moving Wuji qigong set is to restore our energy to its original state, allowing us to feel refreshed and clear. Moving deeper into this practice we may find ourselves releasing patterns that have collected over months or years, or even that formed as a result of experiences long ago.

This practice could be helpful for releasing negative patterns from the last year in order to bring in a sense of clarity for the coming year ahead.

As a Reiki master KC has, and is, sending out Reiki energy with the intention of peace and balance with movements and music.
