In today’s ASMR video, I’m making something I’ve been craving for forever, a homemade Chicago deep dish pizza.
Crispy, buttery crust... gooey layers of mozzarella... and a rich tomato sauce.

This recipe is inspired by the amazing ‪@BrianLagerstrom‬ — his version of deep dish is incredible, and the one I always lean towards.
