SCHIRMER "ALU BAZ Composit": aluminum profiles fabrication centre.

The SCHIRMER "ALU BAZ Composit" is a feed-through modular fabrication centre to mill and cut aluminum extrusions. Provided with 70+ servo axis and a rotary turret with 6 spindles the "ALU BAZ Composite" is the only solution in the market that allow to process aluminum extrusions with different geometries with no need to stop the line due to the profile changes. The absence of fixtures and pneumatic cylinders for profile clamping allow a non-stop operation maximizing the output. The line is also capable to work for hours unattended thanks to the inline out-feed conveyor.
The line can be equipped with a saw from side or one from top or both. An end milling unit with 12 places magazine can be also added to mill the profile edges. The Schirmer "ALU BAZ Composit" has no equals when it comes to flexibility and lean manufacturing.
