كأس و نصف دقيق 150G
4 ملعقة كبيرة نشاءالذرة أو ميزنا
نصف ملعقة صغيرة خميرة الحلويات بيكين باودر 4G
رأس ملعقة ملون طعام برتقالي أوالأصفر
4 ملعقة كبيرة يغورت طبيعي بدون سكر
كأس ماء –150ML

مقادير للقطر(الشربت)
3 كؤوس السكر
كأسين ماء 300ML
6 حبات هيل أو قعقلة
ملعقة عصير ليمون

زيت للقلي – بحسب الحاجة
