China's news agency says separatists from Xinjiang carried out a co-ordinated knife attack at a train station in the southwest. 33 people were killed, and more than a hundred injured, when up to 10 men attacked commuters at random. Xianjiang is a mainly muslim area in China's far west, home to the Uighur ethnic group that wants independence from Beijing. Al Jazeera's Rob McBride reports from Kunming.
