The fourth in a series of short daily #AtYourDesk​ mobility exercises tailored to professionals working from home. The purpose of these videos is to get mobile, leading to increased productivity so you get the most out of your week.

Broken down into daily ten minute sessions, we include a warm up then move into stretching the shoulders, neck and back on a rotating basis.
