The Adelaide Park Lands Loop takes you through big trees, along the river, past lakes, gardens, birdlife, playgrounds, cafes, all with beautiful views of the city.

It will take you roughly one hour to complete the 15km as there are a few roads to cross and it's a shared path with pedestrians (and ducks!). Great for the family, building up your fitness, or getting into the routine of cycling and doing this loop a few times a week (record yourself on Strava).
