What is Mawa /Khoya ?
Khoya also known as mawa or khoa is dried evaporated milk solids. the milk is slowly simmered in a large iron kadai, till all its moisture evaporates and it reduces to solids. In Indian cooking, especially in northern parts of India, khoya forms a base of almost all sweets.

It may Look ordinary but let me tell you , it is one of the best cake you will ever have and you won't mind eating it for Breakfast , lunch or dinner ...

Ingredients
For Mawa
Milk - 1 litre

For Cake
All purpose flour - 1.5 cup
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tspn
Baking Powder - 1+1/2 tspn
Butter - 1/2 cup
Powder sugar - 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tspn
Mawa - 1 cup
Handful of Dry fruits like Cashews , pistachios and almonds
