Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp avocado oil or butter
1 cup shredded cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella, or a combination for creaminess)

For the gnocchi:
500 g gnocchi

Optional toppings:
Fresh parsley or sage, chopped
Extra grated or shredded cheese
Toasted pumpkin seeds
