In addition to Double's speed, this one also modifies Double's voice.

Makimachi is a renowned X series player in Chinese circles.
As stated, IIRC, it was one of his post that mentioned the possiblility to fight Double using Zero.
It was done on PS, though from the tone of the post I feel it's just a demonstration.
(If my memory isn't failing, by default, none of Zero's attack can hurt Double)

It is after that post that I began to set out to make it happen on PC.
And I was determined to make this fight actually playable.(Able to hurt Double.) This is the result.

My experiment on assembly with CheatEngine.
All sort of modifications, trial and errors, took me about a month.

The goal was :
A)Make it possible to fight Double using Zero.
B)Make Double as difficult to beat as possible, but not entirely impossible.
