In this video I demonstrate how to draw using Prismacolor pencils and acrylic gesso. This mixed media method was shown to me some thirty years go by an old illustrator and was apparently widely used in the illustration field. It's also a fun, versatile way to draw which yields some interesting results.

Here are the materials I'm using:

Canson Mi-Tientes paper, in the Steel Grey color.
Liquitex acrylic Gesso
Prismacolor pencils
