This week we’ve got 2 big priorities to finish to get us closer to living a more self sufficient lifestyle. The garden needs to get done so we can transplant asap and we need to get our first batch of whole chickens cut down, pieced out, & vacuum sealed bc we planned to process the next half this weekend. However, life didn’t go as we planned, as it never does but everything worked out exactly as it should have and we couldn’t be happier with the progress. Thanks for watching. ✌️👍🇺🇸
