One day, I just couldn’t take doing all the things that got me in this position of “low vibration” anymore.

😔 I was done making myself uncomfortable because I prioritized the comfort of others.
😔 I was over being told that I was “wrong” because I often didn’t subscribe to societal standards and expectations.
😔 I was tired of feeling like I had to save everyone or be the pillar to everyone’s lives but my own.

And all of this because I wouldn’t accept help.

Much of the pain I experienced in my life was because I was literally taught to ignore my own intuitions, aspirations, or desires.

So I started listening.

😃 Often saying yes to myself, meant saying no to others.
😃 It meant recreating spaces or environments in a way that made me feel comfortable.
😃 Letting things “fall” and no longer taking personal responsibility for any and everything that goes wrong.
