Make sure to do I Don't Hurt Anymore before Three-Card Bounty because Three-Card causes 1st Recon to be moved to Camp Forlorn Hope.

In Three-Card Bounty, you do Major Dhatri a favor by taking out three deadly Fiend leaders.

To be effective, dismiss companions that are really good at headshotting. You get more caps and XP if you can harvest the leaders' heads perfectly intact, and headshots eff it up.

You can also take care of the Fiends in one trip if you want; shortcutting doesn't break the quest.

Absolutely start with Cook-Cook, you'll have to pass him to reach Violet, and he won't cause 1st Recon to move.

Dhatri will suggest speaking with Little Buster. Buster informs you that killing Cook-Cook's favorite brahmin Queenie will make him frenzy and attack his allies.

Track down Cook-Cook, make sure to have a backup save in case you accidentally explode or knock his head off, and go in for the kill.

If his head is perfectly intact, congrats, and make sure to grab his Fiend Stew recipe on one of the metal shelves in his open air hideout. The recipe looks like a blueprint.

Report to Corporal Betsy that her rapist is dead and then speak with Dhatri to claim your bounty and get info about your next target.
