After removing cylinder head Cummins piston replacement and partial in frame overhaul with PAI overhaul kit from Industrial injection. New BBI stage 1 injectors and Bosch supply tubes from Diesel power products installed. This video shows how I removed oil pan with engine in truck so pistons could be removed for replacement. This video shows how I removed damaged pistons and shows the broken rings in 4 cylinders. It shows how I honed cylinders and assembled new pistons with proper ring gap and ring spacing. It shows how I reinstall new piston assembly with new rod bearings and ARP rod bolts.
