I don't know if you noticed but in the most recent interview Chris Metzen not only confirmed that the removal of the sword of Sargeras is going to be a Last Titan event but he also strongly hinted that Illidan is going to be returning as well. If Sargeras' jailer is coming well then Sargeras is coming himself. Do you think it's ridicilous that Sargeras is even imprisoned at this point. We are thinking the titans are the good guys and they are keeping the bad guy in jail because he wanted to destroy the universe.

However by all the new lore the titans are not the good guys and while Sargeras is splitting planets with a sword they are instead planting brainwashing mechanisms that can ultimately blow up the planet, accomplishing the exact same thing. I think the Sargeras pantheon split was a big misunderstanding on how to deal with the void and as the void is now actually destroying Azeroth and the pantheon failed I think they will embrace the radical measures of their own champion Sargeras. They will realize that he was right and he might just be rejoining the titans which leaves Illidan as once again the protector of Azeroth. What is all this news and what is goingon?
