Are Specialty Coffee Drip Bags Any Good?

Trying out some pour-over drip bags! I wanted to see how premium single-origin processed coffees and roaster-specific blends stood up to the drip bag process. We taste a Diego Bermudez coffee from Glitch and Onyx Coffee Lab's Geometry drip bag made by Hooked Coffee. I definitely think these are incredibly convenient when you're on the go and the coffees taste pretty good if consumed right after brewing!
