Rochester, Is the Smoke Really Worth It? in World of Warships Legends 4K

Rochester comes to Tier 7 as a Baltimore clone with a smoke screen generator and DFAA instead of Heals and a Radar. She sports 9 x 203 guns and a great armor scheme to protect her at the tier, and she retains her sonar helping keep her safe from DDs. She comes equipped with the best cruiser AA at tier 7 and with DFAA, can chew enemy squadrons up. But, without radar,and while using smoke, she becomes much more passive than Baltimore and reliant on Blue Team.
