WHITE TUNA? Deep Sea Oilfish {Catch Clean Cook}

This is our 3 day March 2022 swordfish camp in Islamorada at Bud n' Mary's Marina. We cover the ins and outs of swordfishing and give everyone a chance to rig baits, work the rods, drive the boat and more. Day 1 we lose a swordfish by the boat and catch some mahi, but day 2 we strike back with an oilfish and 3 swordfish! It was the first oilfish I have seen in years and they are commonly called Escolar, even though they are a little different. In sushi restaurants escolar and oilfish is known as "white tuna". We all try it to see how it tastes as a sashimi appetizer! Enjoy!
