Northern California natives, the Gold Souls, combine the driving grooves of funk, the rich textures of soul, and the compelling storytelling of blues styles to create their own unique and vintage sound. This band delivers captivating lyrics and fresh arrangements in a truly collaborative effort, as each member contributes to writing and song composition. They have seen much success since their self-titled five song EP release in May 2017, releasing their next single, “Nobody,” later that year, which was featured on Apple Music Blues’ Hot Tracks list. They have several upcoming shows around the Northern California/Nevada areas to show their latest single “Strongman,” which promotes a story of female-empowerment.
