Hello guys and welcome to another exciting gameplay of Brave Frontier and today for you guys, I will show you how to beat Eriole's EX Trial with just one squad!

Trial EX: Imperial Ambition Guide:

Stage 1: 5* Eriole

This is the easiest part of the trial. Start by trying to fill your OD gauge you'll need it for later in this part. When it's filled spam him down to about 60% he should do a ultimate attack that'll reduce your units to 1. After activate Elimo's/Quartz UBB here but Don't Fujin them. Use your BBs to get him from 60% to 50% you should be able to with just simple BBs. After that, you should have your UBB filled. He will again reduce your units to 1 HP. After that, use Elimo's UBB here. At random intervals of the fight, he will put up damage reflect. To be 100% safe, just use Elimo's BBs last. At around 40% he'll start to do massive ST moves on your team. If you have Elimo's UBB up you're fine. Try to nuke him down until he reaches 0% if you can't nuke him in 3 turns. Just guard your lower HP units and pray that RNG is on your side haha.

Stage 2: Tesla / Eriole

Tesla can be paralyzed.

Tesla is the most annoying part of this trial alone. From every turn, she'll randomly put up two elemental shields until death. These elements call be all 6 at random. For some reason though, she likes to chain light / dark together. Or Fire. At 90% she'll summon Eriole. And this is were you wanna start monitoring their HPs. Try to keep them close, it may be hard with elemental shields in the way. Cause their attacks all come at their own HP thresholds. Most are from Eriole though. At around 70% Tesla will put up status reflect alongside her shields. This means if you attack them then your units will be statused, you'll need status immune to pass this easily. These shields stay up for the entire fight, but Teslas shields do not. Your best bet on getting rid of Tesla is to spam your BBs when her shields are not Thunder. If they are thunder, she'll take like no damage even with convert buff, elemental buffs, and attack buffs. At around 70% Eriole will gain a light damage up buff and will proceed to get it at random intervals. He isn't dangerous if you have Grah leads, but bad cases of RNG can put your team indirect danger.

At around 65% use Elimo's UBB here cause when Tesla get's to 60% Eriole will do a powerful attack that will more than likely kill your units. If you did her UBB, than you shall be fine. At 50% Tesla will start to do single target buff wipes on your squad. It seems to come every 3-4th turn to avoid any serious casualities. I would suggest you guard all, but in good faith of RNG your units can very well live if Eriole doesn't decide to focus them.

At 40% Tesla will put up a Angel Idol buff for herself, and Eriole and a powerful AoE. You should be fine if you have DEF up buff + mitigate. From this point on, that's just about it from Tesla continue to get her down as quickly as possible. While trying to avoid her ST buff wipes, and keeping your buffsactive. The final stretch is the hardest, at 10% Eriole will do a massive AoE that will kill you. And before you say, Elimo UBB? Nope! It's a buff wipe so your team will die here. However, it's possible to skip it by using Ruby's UBB + dark elemental buff. Or by using Ark's UBB right when he's nearing 10%. You need to keep up the buffs on your squad though to have a 100% chance. If you get him from 10% to 0% he'll skip it and just fo regular AoEs.

If all else fails, I would prepare a second squad here if you don't have enough damage output for your squad then I'll just make a second balanced squad. And keep like 2-3 Fujins for them, and 1 revive. For best results.

Other notes:

RNG may be a pain here. This includes Eriole focusing your units, Tesla frequently puts up Thunder, Dark shields.
Eriole is quite dangerous with his buffs, if after Elimo's heal. Your units are not at least up to 80% I would say guard them unless you need to restart their buff.
