Introducing the NEW Magic Ears Applicant Fast Track Program, designed to get you hired and teaching within 48 hours of your interview. The steps are:

1. Apply carefully.

2. Upon passing your application, book an interview.

3. Prepare for your interview by watching Magic Ears videos and by joining the Magic Ears Q&A Facebook Group linked below.

4. Rock your interview. This is necessary in order to get invited to MAFT.

5. If you do get an invitation to MAFT, reply to the email and also set up a meeting with your Success Manager. This meeting will be a demo lesson that you give as well as personalized coaching from your Success Manager. Which leads us to...

6. You MUST prepare well for the demo with your SM by reviewing the training manual in your invitation email and by logging into the Magic Ears platform, reviewing the lesson (reading directions, collecting props, and practicing.

7. Book your trial class (usually with up to 4 actual students).

8. IF you pass your trial class, you are hired (Note:
IT IS POSSIBLE TO FAIL IT). But, you're going to pass it, right?

9. Background check, however, while that is in process you can begin teaching. Continuation of your contract in contingent upon passing that check.
