Just the band's fifth regular tour show in 1993 whereas the original "tentative" tour dates would've had this date as about the 23rd concert of the band's tour already (and in Toronto's Skydome). But the overall delays in ticket sales etc. pushed it all back and threw it more than just around since Binghamton and its rather low capacity of about 7000 seats had not even been on the original tour list. The band clearly was still trying to find their voice in 1993 with the adaption of the old and inclusion of the new tracks audibly not fully fleshed out yet, as wasn't the setlist. Especially the ballad placements were still pulled back and forth between main set and encore.
The video was very distant and hazy as well as clearly showing signs of age. There are various copies around, all better in one area and lacking in another, but in the long run, they're about the same quality. Some lighting issues were fixed and a much stronger overlay used to give it some smoother motion effect which kinda lowers the issues due to the blending. The audio was a good source, quite clean and clear. A lot of low end work was done for more punch and the higher range got more defined in the process too. There are some parts where the audience stands up the blocking also leads to less clarity, but it's still okay even then.
