The Corporal Works of Mercy, Jesus's teachings of how we are to treat one another, talk about those in prison. What does that mean for us today, especially as prisoners re-enter society and seek to live productive, law-abiding lives?

Our common good is furthered when citizens have the opportunity to flourish and experience a fulfilled life. Many of those who attempt to re-enter society after prison face great obstacles. Come and hear the personal story of one such individual as well as commentary from two leading Twin Cities lawyers who have worked in the criminal justice system both locally and nationally.

We will kick off this season's Salt & Light series with this talk titled, "The Challenges of Reentry into Society After Prison" with St. Thomas Law Professor Mark Osler, former Hennepin County Attorney Tom Johnson and former inmate Mike Olson.
