Hey guys! I'm Hiro! Last summer my wife and I tried Filipino food for the first time at a Filipino restaurant in Tokyo. Of all the dishes we ate including Sisig and Lechon, we liked Lumpia Shanghai the most. So in this video, I'll try to recreate the Lumpia Shanghai that we ate. This is my first time cooking it.
