Tools used in this film: Carjack & Jack Stands, Combination Spanner 14 mm, Socket 17 mm & Drive Hinge Handle, 1 pcs. Screw 8 mm (Thread pitch: 1,25), Bench Vise, Big Water Pump Pliers, Emery paper, Steel brush, Metal files, Metal Free Paste, Copper Paste.

0:37 Unscrew the two bolts that holds the brake caliper 14 mm spanner
1:09 Squeeze the caliper little bit together, for easier disassembly Big Water Pump Pliers
1:58 Pull off the brake pads sideways
2:16 Note! The inner brake pad are equipted with an acoustic brake pad wear indicator
4:25 Clean the hub flange from rust and dirt using emery paper
5:59 Attach the bracket to a vice and clean the mounting kit and groove for rust and dirt, with a steel brush and metal files
8:52 Reinstall the bracket
10:25 Reinstall the brake caliper
11:00 The brake caliper now moves freely sideways, which is a requirement for even wear for the brake pads
