So it's the day after Thanksgiving and what do you do with all that turkey? Well you turn it into the best sandwich in the world by making the Kentucky Hot Brow! This is easily one of the world's best sandwiches, not only because it's steeped in tradition or is based off a delicious bechamel sauce, but because it's so delicious. It should be called the Louisville hot brown, but we're okay with sharing it with all of Kentucky.

Food is delicious, but Thanksgiving leftovers aren't always the best because people don't get creative with the leftovers. Well this hot turkey sandwich is creative and this Kentucky hot brown recipe is one that would even satisfy Gordon Ramsay.

Now you start with a bechamel sauce, which is one of the five classical sauces.

Bechamel sauce recipe:
Butter
Flour
(equal parts butter and flour)
Milk
Salt
Pepper

Yup, it's that simple but for this Kentucky hot brown sandwich recipe we're expanding upon it a bit.

4 TBSP butter
1/3 cup flour
2-3 cups whole milk (depending on creaminess desired)
2 cloves garlic
2 oz grated Gruyère cheese
2 oz grated Parmesan cheese

You'll be in heaven with this sauce. Now the dish to put a Gordon Ramsay turkey dish to shame!

The Hot Brown Recipe:

Toasted bread (we used brioche)
Mornay Sauce
Turkey
Tomato
Bacon
Parsley to top
Parmesan to top
