After 13 years of financial services industry experience and leadership roles in one of the worlds largest "Big 4″ consultancies Dennis partnered with his brother David Gallagher and David Fratkin to bring DPS to Tampa, Florida. Dennis received his MS from the University of Virginia and his undergraduate degree (BBA) from Radford University. Dennis, his wife Torrey and their three children reside in Tampa, Florida.
