Gionny Wild is barista and manager at “Kaffeerösterei Dinzler” – a coffee roasting facility in Bavaria, Germany.
From the very beginning the quality of the food and drinks as well as the service was very important to the company. As water is a very important ingredient of coffee, it soon was clear that only the best water will be used for the offered coffee. After a tasting the team decided to use GRANDER water.
Every month about 3.000 customers are visiting the roasting house, drinking about 60.000 coffees – and so the company is using a lot of water. What impresses Mr. Wild most about GRANDER water is the better taste in comparison to conventional water. During the production no process is automated, the coffee is made with love and passion and so the coffee shop was awarded for marking the best Espresso of Germany!
