Mohamad Mohty, MD, PhD, Saint-Antoine Hospital, Paris, France, shares some insights into the value of CAR-T therapy and other immunotherapeutic agents in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Prof. Mohty highlights the growing use of CAR-T therapy in adult patients, and also comments on the need to address the question of whether allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) is required as consolidation therapy after treatment with CAR-T cells. This interview took place at the EBMT-EHA 5th European CAR T-cell Meeting held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
