The hot cucumber soup is simply irresistable and healthy.. Its an perfect soup for cold days.This soup can be made at home with very few ingredients. Let us see the preparation along with the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
Cucumbers-500 gm
Butter-2 tbsp
Onion -1
All purpose flour- 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Water- 2 cups
Milk- 2 cups
Fresh cream
Lemon juice -

Method:
Either grate or chop the cucumbers, keep it aside.
In a sauce pan,add butter, onions.
Add in chopped(or) grated cucumbers, saute it well.
Now add in all purpose flour,salt. Cover and cook in low flame..
After 5 min,add in water. Once water is fully absorbed by cucumber add in milk
Cover and cook till cucumber becomes tender.
Add in pepper powder, switch off the flame..
Once cooled, blend it..
Serve it warm.. For hotter version cook the blended soup for 10 min and then add lemon juice...
Garnish it with fresh cream.
