We welcome Jasev back to Piston Recordings with the superb Into The Sunset EP. Hailing from Italy, Jasev has been rocking techno and tech house joints with his pumping sound and dynamic sets. He started to release his own music in 2016 and in early 2017 he joined forces with Antares and have churned out top quality cuts ever since. Jasev has participated in several important national and international electronic music events and his sound resonates well around the world. This one marks his 6th release for us and we’re delighted to see him back.

The release opens with Into The Sunset, a tribal fuelled, percussive and highly infectious groover. Tight, rhythmic drums patterns are front and centre as cool vocal shots litter the sound. Dream pads and melodic chords add a bright, musical element which will definitely get the club moving. Next up, we have Prelude To Spring, a much deeper, dubbier affair that drives with a solid groove at its core. Nice and chunky beats lead the way as a wonderfully hypnotic bassline dominates the low-end. 303 riffs and striking synths combine alongside cool vocal hits, resulting in dancefloor domination. When You Walk Alone concludes the release, delivering a raw, organic vibe thanks to some cool FX, cascading arps and a distinct urban groove. Shuffling percussions keep the rhythm loose as a punchy kick steers the way. A deep, rumbling bassline tops off this excellent construction which isa definite must have.
