Breakdown:
Stage 1-2: Stall for specials

Stage 3: If Shiryu is ready use him (reset game if it fails and repeat every turn). Otherwise use the Akainu vs effect. Use Yamato while the Ignite is going to get slightly more damage off the burn. Finish the stage with the Beast Pirates super swap ready.

Stage 4: Use the superswap. repeat the method from stage 3 until Robin dies

Stage 5: Stall out the silence. Use both Kuma specials (if neither KO reset game and repeat every turn) You can use Shiryu when he is ready as well. Follow the stage 3 method as well in case you get really bad luck


Notes:
Sockets: Heal (at least lv 4), Bind/Despair/Poison MAX
Kuja Ship (if you do changes you may need to switch with the Rocketman)
All units can be replaced in some capacity.
Hannyabal can replaced with a Zombie capt
Beast pirates can only be replaced with one of the following. Roger, V3/V4 Boa. The purpose is stage 4. You need a way to either kill the MOBs instantly or stop them from attacking, and because there is NAO and Delay Immunity you have to utilize either a NAO ignorer or a Mero Mero effect in order to live through the stage
Akainu, Yamato and Kuma are mainly for speed and can be freely replaced
Shiryu's key role is in the support as you need a Bind/Despair remover
