Today I have another unboxing of this awesome subscription box - this is from the charity Mind UK.

They have produced this monthly subscription box called Pause. It will contain different projects/prompts each month. This is the eighth one I have received and another craft activity! Even better, it is something I really enjoy - colouring!

Mind are a fantastic charity who have helped me personally in the past, they help so many people every year.
