Anxiety and depression are becoming even more prevalent than they were prior to the COVID 19 pandemic. In this video I’ll discuss how I approach discussing anxiety and depression with my patients at work in primary care as a family nurse practitioner. I’ll also give an update on how I’ve been doing with my own mental health journey and generalized anxiety disorder eight weeks out from starting Zoloft.
