Trophy Wine Night - July 30, 2021

This is a review of wine night where we drank top quality Champagne, St. Emilion, Australia and Pauillac wines.

Short video done right after we drank the wines so if some of the things I say don't make sense, this video was made after we drank the equivalent of 10 bottles of wine (and we didn't have 10 people).

I am still processing the night and writing up my tasting notes but these were my initial impressions right after drinking the wines. I find it useful to form these impressions before looking at professional scores or doing more research on the individual wines/vintages.

The wines we had were:
