Day 1 Pilates Anywhere Challenge upper body workout! Low impact, no noise, with light wrist weights! If you want to make this a body weight workout ... do it! This workout will make your arms burnnnn in the best way!

This challenge is designed to do anywhere, which is great for December where a lot of y'all are traveling or running short on time. Two weeks, 10 workouts under 30 minutes. I will add a few workouts below if you want to add another workout to your day. I am so excited to workout with y'all! Lets end 2021 stronger, more confident and energized for the start of 2022!
