Tana, the cute Pegasus Knight from Sacred Stones is here, and boy does she pack a punch!
Sporting great offensive stats for a Lance Flier, Tana is only rivaled by Cordelia (also a Lance Flier) in the offense department. They can pretty much do the same stuff when it comes down to Brave/Firesweep Builds, although Tana is faster by 1 point (being the fastest Lance user, alongside Clair) and weaker by 1 atk.

What Tana has that Cordelia doesn't, though, is a Legendary Weapon, Vidofnir! This weapon gives Tana a Def+7 buff when ATTACKED (so on enemy phase) by a sword, lance, or axe user. This weapon is extremely good, and makes Tana deceptively tanky against the aforementioned units, even more so with Fortify/Ward Fliers!

But that's not all! Alongside Tana's amazing offensive stats, she can also serve as a semi-support, with the hottest new skill on the block, Guidance.
This skill allows infantry and armored allies within 2 spaces of Tana to move to a space adjacent to her.
Of course, if there's an enemy in range of an attack, you can move and attack in the same turn (think Wings of Mercy/Escape Route, not Pivot).
It's debatable if you'd want to use this skill in a full Flier team, as I feel 4 buffs and 4 Repositions might work better, but in a mixed team this skill is fantastic. It can be used both offensively and defensively, and although it might take a while to get used to, when you do, you'll be moving all over the map.

In conclusion, Tana is an excellent unit with a really unique and fun skillset. Off the gate she comes with really solid skills and very little investment is needed to make her shine.
She is more versatile than Cordelia, thanks in part to her legendary weapon, but both fulfil the same role of hitting stuff hard and fast.
Her prefered boons are, of course, +Atk and +Spd, and the recommended banes are -HP or -Res. -Def is acceptable, of course, but not the best because of the weapon. If you're going some other build without Vidofnir, though, it's perfectly fine! Even stuff like +Def with Close Defense 3 and Bonfire/Ignis can turn her into a pseudo-tank that hits hard with specials!
