Through the Website
To change your Xfinity payment method, go to xfinity.com/mobile {the link is in the description}. Then, follow these easy steps:
1. Click on My Account on the top-left of the screen to launch a drop-down menu.
2. Select Log In.
3. Sign in with your Xfinity ID, i.e., email, mobile, or username, and click Sign.
4. Find Settings in your account profile.
5. Choose Billing Settings.
6. Select Saved Payment Methods.
7. Click on Add Payment Method.
8. Select New Bank Account or New Credit/Debit Card and click Continue.
9. Enter information for your new bank account or credit card.
10. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Through the App
Open the Xfinity app on your phone. Follow these steps to change the payment method:
1. Tap the Account option in the lower right corner of your screen.
2. Select Xfinity Mobile Billing Card from the options given.
3. Choose Account for the online method or Autopay Method to set up automatic payments.
4. Update the information on your account or card number.
5. Remember to tap Save.

What happens to outstanding balances when you update the payment method?
The balances are automatically billed to the new bank account or card number that was filled out as an updated payment method.
