The Humanitarian Daily Ration, HDR, is a US made food pack that is distributed to needy people around the world. It's put together like a MRE but provides sustenance to a person for a full 24-hours instead of just a single meal like the Military Meal Ready to Eat. This example is from back in 2013 and was packed by Wornick. Each of the three companies that pack MREs, Sopakco, AmeriQual, and Wornick also pack HDRs. The menu items are different for each company.
