Genome Guardian - Not the bees!

I always wanted to do a build like this. Bouncer is a turret with extra range at the cost of some firerate but all his shots have bounce. With the right upgrades and weapons we can create some fun chaos.
The main part of the build are three Heatseeker Swarms, a weapon that fires a cluster of tiny missiles with homing and burning. The bounce effect allows the missiles to riccochet of enemies and seek a new target. In practise this looks like you have a swarm of angry bees that move around and sting enemies, it's hilarious.
For perks I use Ruler, which increases damage of any projectile after a specific range. This range is easy achievable thanks to the bounce effect. Binoculars adds even more range to the turrret but increases hit for missed shots. Homing removes the chance for shots to miss and we use Extinguisher for extra heat removal. The last thing is vice for some firerate increase if my HP are low, great as a backup plan to counter the natural low firerate of Bouncer.
