Barry Gibb, is asked what he is doing in Australia, Barry said he is here recruiting people he can take back to England and developed as artists / He is after female singers to take over to England / Talks about making a private album in Sydney and how it got them their first contract - kept going after knockbacks - received call from Robert Stigwood and then signed contract

Barry Gibb is asked how he has stayed successful, he said keeping out of the clubs and drink, just stay at home and out of the hot scene - talks re Beatles, Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, sit around talk and drink and club scene, never see healthy people at the top there eg Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdink / Asked about the pop scene in Australia, Barry is very frank and said it stinks, it reeks and is crooked. He said there is nothing being done for the youth and music scene. He feels they need places for the kids to go and have fun and suggests some ideas
